A 21-year-old Lincoln mother awoke yesterday (Monday) morning to find her 2-year-old daughter missing. It was the same toddler cared for by police after being found outside Russ's Market at 17th and Washington. Other than being shoeless and dirty, the child was fine. She could not tell officers who she was or where she lived. Her mother, 21-year-old Danielle McNally, lives just 2 blocks from Russ's. She called police to learn her daughter had wandered away and was being cared for by authorities. McNally was cited for child neglect.
