Steve Hager calls himself "an American hippie." The editor-in-chief of High Time magazine was on the UNL campus to engage in a debate with retired DEA agent Bob Stutman over the legalization of marijuana. 18 states allow the drug for medical reasons. Stutman says the country doesn't need more people using recreational intoxicants with a whole myriad of negative consequences. Hager says people with a drug problem should get treatment, not a jail sentence. Stutman and Hager travel to colleges around the country debating the topic. They call their debate "Heads versus Feds."
