A driver involved in 1 of 2 fatal crashes in western Nebraska yesterday (Monday) will face manslaughter charges. The man was driving a truck that slammed into a car on I-80 after traffic backed up because of an earlier wreck. 1 person was killed in the initial crash and 4 died in the second.
