Police have a 35-year-old man in jail, suspected of stealing items from a northeast Lincoln home in August. Officer Katie Flood says Kevin Jones is accused of stealing $23,000 worth of items, including guns, jewelry, laptop computers and a purse, from a home in the 8200 block of Joshua Drive.  A credit card was also used to buy stuff at various Omaha businesses. Jones is friends with the house sitter and apparently the house once with his friend, then came back later to steal the items. Flood says police are looking for others that may be involved and added the house sitter was interviewed and not arrested.
