A traffic stop near 15th and South just before two o'clock this morning (Tuesday) led to the arrest of the owner of Dirt Cheap. Lincoln Police stopped a car occupied by 34-year-old Allen Peithman and driven by 21-year-old Amber Bertschinger. Officer Katie Flood told KFOR News that Bertschinger was pulled over for failing to signal. A search revealed just under 2 grams of methamphetamine. Flood said that five half-burnt marijuana cigarettes were also found. Peithman was arrested for a number of offenses, including possession of a firearm during a drug violation and possession of drugs with intent to deliver. Bertschinger was cited and released for possession of marijuana and fail to signal.
