Lexington District Court Judge to Retire

A district court judge in Lexington has announced his intention to retire. Judge Carlton Clark says he'll step down Dec. 31, ending nearly 13 years on the bench. A judicial resources commission will be meeting soon to discuss whether Clark's retirement creates a vacancy that should be filled within the district or moved elsewhere in the state.  The 11th Judicial District covers 17 western and central nebraska counties.
