Lincoln Senator Amanda McGill is in the 2nd phase of her 3 phase effort to address human trafficking in Nebraska. The first phase last year was forming a human trafficking task force. This year, Senator McGill has introduced 2 bills; one more clearly defines human trafficking, while the other bill allows people under the age of 18 who are manipulated into prostitution, which is a form of human trafficking, to not be charged with prostitution. Senator McGill's 3rd phase next year addresses rehabilitation of victims.Pictured: Sen. Amanda McGill
