Former Husker basketball player, Charlie Rogers, is back in court November 19th on charges she faked an anti-gay attack against herself. A Lancaster County judge yesterday (Thursday) accepted Rogers' waiver of a speedy trial. Her attorney says he needs more time to prepare. On July 22nd, Rogers told police 3 masked men tied her up, beat her, scratched anti-gay slurs on he body, spray painted anti-gay slurs on the walls of home and tried to set it on fire.
