One person is dead after a collision between a compact car and a semi-truck in the 900 block of West “O” Street shortly after 11am Thursday. Lincoln Police Captain David Beggs tells KFOR News at the scene the westbound car veered into the lane of the eastbound semi. The driver of the car was killed and the semi-truck driver was not hurt. The investigation continues and the name of the victim has not yet been released.
