A rural Cortland man believed to have fired 20 to 30 shots inside a house with his family and friends inside has turned himself in. 43-year-old William Price surrendered to Gage County Sheriff's officials in Beatrice yesterday (Tuesday). Authorities started looking for Friday night after he allegedly fired shots in the house with Price's wife, 3 children and 2 family friends inside. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
