Authorities have released more information on a deadly collision between a personal watercraft and a boat on Lake McConaughy in western Nebraska. 64-year-old Richard Caroselli, of Brighton, Colo., died on Sunday when the boat he was in was docking and a watercraft slammed into it and landed inside the boat. Four other family members were in the boat, and three of them were injured. 36-year-old Andrew Schmidt, of Castle Rock, Colo., is charged with manslaughter and reckless/negligent operation of a personal watercraft.
