LINCOLN -- If crammed seats and mediocre food aren't inconvenient enough when flying, now your neighbor might be talking on their cell phone for hours. The FCC is reviewing its ban against in-flight cell phone calls. Frequent flyer, Mike LaVigne is surprised it hasn't happened sooner, telling our television partner, 10/11 NEWS isn't entirely opposed to the idea as long as it doesn't jeopardize safety and is limited to emergencies. It will ultimately be up to the airline to decide. Delta released a statement saying they would not allow talking on cell phones during the flight.
