An escapee from the Community Corrections Center is back behind bars this morning (Friday). 31 year old, James Bannister stole a car Tuesday after applying for a couple of jobs on West O Street. That car was found on fire in Scottsbluff. Bannister is from Morrill, a community just down the road from Scottsbluff. A 27 year old Scottsbluff woman has also been arrested for helping Bannister.
