Are You Sure You're Registered for the May 13th Primary?



The Lancaster County Election Commissioner will set up for voter registration at several extra sites on Saturday. Anyone who turns 18 on or before November 4, has moved, changed their name, or would like to change their political party affiliation, needs to register in order to vote in the May 13th primary election. Special registration desks will be set up at five different Hy-Vee Grocery stores. 84th and Holdrege, 70th and Pioneers, and 27th and Superior from 9-11 Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon they'll move to the 40th and Old Cheney and 50th and O Street Stores from Noon to 2 pm.  Mail-in registration forms are available at most post offices, banks, and libraries. A voter registration form is also available on the Election Commissioner's web site which can be downloaded, printed and mailed in, and registration can be done in person at the Election Commissioner's office.
