LINCOLN -- Thieves stole a forklift from a construction site near 56th and Normal to steal an ATM from Cornhusker Bank at 56th and South. Lincoln Police Captain Jason Stille tells KFOR NEWS officers were originally called to the bank just after Midnight Thursday, but found the building secure...not noticing the ATM was gone. Employees showing up for work Thursday morning made the discovery. The ATM is valued at $34,000 and cash inside is estimated to be about $21,000.
